On my way back from visiting the National Diet Library, I stopped by Kitasenju to purchase some items. It is much smaller than the main store (which I have never been to), but the selection is quite good, and I had quite a bit of trouble deciding what to buy. I was planning to buy some sake here as a gift, and I wanted something fire-brewed, but I was a little disappointed that there were not many items on display at room temperature.
The bottle opened without incident despite the warning to open the bottle. It had a modern taste with acidity and was very good, but to be honest, I felt like I was drinking Sengkyo from the middle of the bottle. (This is my personal opinion.)

Good evening, Mr. Freelancer First Generation Man 😀.
Thank you for your warm comment the other day😇
I haven't had the courage to raise a taste comment yet, so I'm learning about sake little by little 🤣.
Hiran, I've only had kijoshu yet 😅.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube!
I am just stating what I thought, but I hope it was able to distract you in some small way.
I see that there is also kijoshu, and I am sure it is delicious, so I would like to try another spec.

Hi Jay & Nobby!
I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time, so I am very happy that I finally did. Of course, I would like to visit the main store too, even though it is far away.
Maybe I compare it to Senkou because I have not had many kinds of sake...
