Yamanashi business trip No. 10
Today, we took a break from Yamanashi sake and had a Thanksgiving dinner of Kabishin Brewery's Shinshin Houjou Thanksgiving, a sake bought at a liquor store in Yamanashi😋.
The aroma is gorgeous 😊The taste is fresh and crisp, as is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake 😋.
The balance between aroma and flavor is very good 😚👍 with less cloying taste 😘.
The 4th picture is the first time I had kabocha hot pot 🍲 in Yamanashi Prefecture 😋 it was a gentle taste that soaked into my body 😍 but I was full after 1 serving 😵Next is the motsu nimono and horse sashimi 🥰.

Hello Maechen 😃
Oh! Speaking of Yamanashi, Houtou nabe is ‼️ so delicious that I eat too much 😙.
I think I can drink just hearing about it 😋.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃😀
I ended the party with a promise to hold a Yamanashi Sake Festival with one dish instead of Houtou-nabe 🍲 next time with my junior colleagues at work 🫡 I hope we can drink together next time 😚.
