Junmai Sake Mansaku
This is a renewal of the famous sake "Mansaku" from a brewery in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and is now available only in Fukuoka Prefecture under the brand name "Yamabusyu Mansaku"!
I didn't know that 💦.
It is characterized by a light and refreshing taste of rice.
In addition to the umami that is typical of Junmai sake, the acidity is a nice accent. ❗️
