Now let's see how it tastes. Compared to the Oshinshu of the previous day, it is a bit lighter. But I can't say which is better or worse.
Stored in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator at home. The thermometer is 5.7 degrees Celsius right now. The temperature in the refrigerated room above is 1.7 degrees Celsius.
The winter sake stored in the vegetable room should be consumed soon and replaced with fire-aged sake.

However, we have a lot of nama-sake at home, so we have to keep it in the freezing point cellar somehow 🤣.
