The sake I had designated for delivery tomorrow morning arrived in the evening. Early is not always better than late! With that said, I opened the first bottle.
As soon as I opened the bottle, I could hear a sizzling sound and smell a sour aroma spreading. Peach? Pear?
A fine gas feeling on the tip of the tongue. The sourness and bitterness spread. As I drank it, I wondered why I don't like bitterness in wine. ...... I don't have an answer😅 Is it astringency rather than bitterness?
The underlying sweetness is delicious.
What's the picture on the label...?
The label on the back says "The cork may fly out after opening the bottle".... Looking forward to tomorrow 😁.
