From my memory of having ripe apples before, I wondered if they were too sweet. I had a little bit of a bad feeling that it might be too sweet.
But when I tried it, I found that it was not like that and was very tasty.
It was sweet, but the acidity kept it in check, and the freshness of the sake was pleasant.
The good thing about the hanpukai, in my opinion, is that it gives you a choice without regard to your own tastes or anything else.
