It's a four-day weekend with tomorrow off as well, so I opened a bottle at noon today.
As soon as you taste it, a gorgeous aroma goes through your nose. It smells like pears and apples.
The sweetness is impressive and the acidity is mild. There is a slight sense of gas.
In the aftertaste, umami and bitterness appear and disappear quickly.
It is surprising that it feels well balanced even though it has such prominent characteristics. So, it is OK for eating.
