Sixth Aomori souvenir
There is almost no top-fragrance.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a refreshing sourness and sweetness, with a hint of malted rice, but it is mostly green apple.
I've had a few sake that claimed to be made from apples, but they were just like sake but with a hint of apple flavor, but this is a green apple juice that is a bit like sake.
It's 7% alcohol, so it won't get you drunk, but it was delicious.

I was thinking of focusing on Aomori sake this year, but only Mutsu Hachisen was available, so I just bought a few bottles from a liquor store in Aomori 😅.

I also got hooked on sake from Mutsuhatsusen and finally went to Aomori last month to visit sake breweries and buy some 😅.
Aomori's junmai sake in particular has a wonderful sharpness.

It's interesting that it's not an apple🍎, but a green apple🍏, which gives it a strong green apple🍏 feel. It doesn't have much of a sake feel to it 🍶🤣.
