The air in Nagano is great after all😊.
My dad bought a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei, but I asked him which one he wanted to drink. I was wondering why my mom, dad and I chose this one to open since we were eating lol.
The first sip, classic ❗️ is dry and dry.
But as we drank more and more, it blended well with our meal 😌 It had just the right amount of sweetness and a crisp, clean feeling.
I'm surprised that I don't drink this drink even though I'm familiar with it, but I see what you mean ✨

The ridge lines in Shinshu are really beautiful 😌and they are also full of beautiful sake 😋The first one is Hakkaisan, which is a change of pace, but good for the opening stable: ‼️
