My year-end party with my wife was the first time I came across a 100% Nagano-produced Yumachi from Taisetsukei🍶Yumachi, and I didn't hesitate to buy it ✨.
It has a nice aroma with a hint of ginjo, and the unique flavor of Omachi spreads in the mouth, and although it has 16% alcohol content, it is a dangerous sake in a way 😊.
I hope to enjoy the sake I have yet to discover next year!
