Sushi Sake
〜I've never bought sake specifically for sushi before ✨I'm terrible at pairing sake with sushi💦I've finally figured it out recently!
So I prepared the assorted sashimi and oysters steamed with sake, and then it was time to eat.
I see what you mean! That was my first impression!
The taste is clean, sharp, and slightly dry, but there is almost no aftertaste, and it disappears quickly after drinking.
It is dry and easy to drink without disturbing the taste of the fish, and it is as if your mouth is being reset for the next fish!
For me personally, I would have enjoyed it more if there was more of a lingering taste, but I learned a lot about pairing!
