Mild muscat aroma on the nose.
The overt aroma is that of green apples nibbled on in a field of rushes.
When served cold, it is characterized by clear sweetness and acidity.
The rice flavor and lingering aftertaste are very handsome.
I don't feel much gas, but there are bubbles on the inner wall of the glass 🫧.
The sweetness and umami become even more pronounced at room temperature.
We enjoyed it with soba inari (buckwheat noodles).
I think it is hard to match with light snacks with only one ingredient.
It was delicious, but I prefer the standard silver label.
