I got a special honjozo of Kawanakajima Genmai 😋.
The aroma is fruity apple 🍏 type 😊.
The mouthfeel is soft and fresh 😚 Good balance of sweetness, umami, and sourness👍✨ After the beautiful sweetness, it sharply sharpens 🤤.
I think I prefer this special honjozo to the Genmai ginjo I had the other day 🥰It seemed like a more complete sake than the honjozo 🥳💕.

This is just my personal opinion 🤔I think it's like (Gakki Masamune+Asahitaka)/3 at best 😚I thought it was one of the best Honjozo I've had 🥳👍✨I'd buy it 😇

Comparing the Ginjo and the Special Honjozo I drank the other day, I preferred the Special Honjozo 😊.
I found it on the internet and poochied it as soon as I could 🤣.
