On Saturday, we went to our favorite yakitori restaurant for a drink.
This time we had almost the same lineup as last time, including Jikin's Yatanishiki and Toyo Bijin's Sake Mirai.
And here is a sake that was not in the lineup last time!
Ganki Summer Dry Junmai by Yaoshin Shuzo.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not very pleasant.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth. It was a delicious sake, not so much dry as umami, a little complex, but still refreshing.
I was so drunk that I couldn't remember anything, but I asked for sashimi and the owner gave me a delicious yuzu flavored meatball.
