Winter limited edition, commonly known as "Yukiten".
I think they used to call it "White Heaven" or "Blue Heaven" 😅...
The smell after opening the bottle is a grape type 🍇 white grape or something 🤔 it's a fresh smell.
Chilliness in the mouth at first.
I feel freshness with fine micro bubbles and carbon dioxide gas.
I felt the coolness was stronger than the silky feeling that is often found in Nigori.
I felt a little bitterness in the aftertaste, but I didn't mind it after I chilled it well.
I tried it up to the 3rd day, and it became very mellow as the slight bubbles disappeared, so if you have a bottle of this sake that hasn't been opened yet, I recommend you give it a try 😊.
It's different from the Yukiten I had last year 😳 Last year it was silky and had a strong yogurt taste.
It's interesting to see how different these flavors are from year to year😍.
Yum!!!

Hello, Kozo-san!
I haven't had Yukiten yet, but it sounds delicious when the freshness of the new sake is added to the gaseousness that is typical of Amami 🤤.
It's fun to see the difference between the two when you're drinking them one after the other 😋.

Hi, kozo 😃
Yukiten, I got it for the first time this year: ‼️
Hmmm 🤔Kozou-san's review says that this year it has a bitter taste and light? Was it more milky last year? Oh 🫢Ah...maybe my favorite is last year 💦I'll drink it anyway 🫡.

Good evening, Kozo 🌇It sure was blue sky a few years ago... 🤔The cloudy ones are easy to drink and are usually emptied that day 🤣.
