Today I am thankful for the love of Daishinshu.
In my opinion, this is my favorite sake of Daishinshu.
I don't think you can go wrong with any Daishinshu, but it has an exquisite balance and a clear, dry taste.
It is a sake that has a good sense of alcohol, and you can get drunk comfortably without feeling that you have had too much.
The label is also interesting.
I was thinking how delicious Nagano sake tastes no matter what you drink, and wishing I could visit Zenkoji Temple and eat soba noodles for the first time in a while.
I've been so busy lately that I haven't traveled at all, and I want to go to Nagano.

Good morning, Chaso 😃.
I've only ever had outside drinks in the great Shinshu, so I'm looking forward to taking my time and drinking at home 😋.
Nagano makes me want to go there regularly 🥹 Oh I want to go back 😆.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby✋.
It's been a long time ago, but I first drank Daishinshu when the legendary Touji Shimohara was there, and I've loved it ever since.
I would love to go to Nagano!

Hi Bon, hello✋.
I stayed at Kamisuwa Onsen about 3 years ago, and it was great, and we drank a lot of Nagano sake 😊.
I would love to do a sake trip!
