This is the third bottle of Takacho this year.
It is super sweet with a sake degree of -34.
It has a caramel-like sweetness and richness.
I love it 😍.
It's not the kind of sake you would drink in large gulps, but it's perfect as a closing saké. I say "to finish" but I keep drinking it 🤣.
I think it is similar to Tamagawa and Okura.
The rice is Hinohikari.
I really liked the taste of Okura's Hikari, so you should check out Hinohikari.

Hi tomo 😃
I've seen this one around rather often, but haven't gotten around to it yet 😅.
I'm curious about the -34 sake level...
It seems to have a full-bodied sweetness, but does it have a different taste from kijoshu⁉️?

Hello, Haruei Chichi😄
It is true that this strong sweetness may be similar to that of Kijo sake.
Like brown sugar or caramel, the sweetness is followed by a strong and bitter taste. The lingering aftertaste after that is a little peculiar aroma like Tamagawa. Please give it a try.

Good evening, Pon😄.
I hope you experience this one 😁 It's super rich and sweet.
I heard there is also a fire-roasted version of this, but I haven't experienced that one yet, so I'm going to look for it.

Good evening, tomo😊.
That's kind of like tomo 😋✨
I'm going against my taste, so I'll enjoy the liquor store patrol while checking the sake level 😹👍.
The other day Mr. Munemasa also had a public sake level of -15 ☺️.

TOMO, congrats on your decision.
A sweet and tasty one❣️.
I️ think it's a delicious ministry because I️ drank one glass at a restaurant, but it'll take me a few days to drink it at home💦.

Good evening, Mr. Chidori!
I'm a sucker for sweetness, and this sake is right up my alley 😍.
But I can drink light and dry too.

Erin, good evening 😄.
I'll take a few days to enjoy this one as I enjoy a tipple 😁.
But the first time I drank it, it was gone in 2 days at the hotel😳
Maybe 🧚 you drank it.
