Overall 8 (out of 10) In the "Never Drank Before" series I was attracted by the advertisement "Yamama, a juicy, umakuchi (delicious) sake that is unlike Niigata sake". I was attracted by the advertisement of "juicy and delicious taste that is not like Niigata sake" in the "Never Tasted Before Series" and had it for the first time. This time, I had a bottle of Omachi! According to the description "Rich and heavy" according to the description. Delicious 😋. Compared to the previous Comet, it is more like Niigata sake! Compared to the previous Comet, it gives the impression of being dry and robust. The first sip after taking it out of the refrigerator gives the impression that the umami is more pronounced than the spiciness, but as time goes by, the spiciness gradually becomes more noticeable. As time goes by, the spiciness gradually becomes more noticeable. I have the impression that the taste changes greatly depending on the change in temperature. I enjoyed it chilled. Pairing impressions were made by Pekho-san. My personal impression Aroma Modest ginjo aroma👍 Taste The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 3 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste -Rice flavor: Start 2→ Lingering 2 Mouthfeel】→4 Smaller number = light Bigger number = richer (5 is the maximum)

Good evening, shinsaku3! I see that Yamama is dry! When I was in Niigata before, I was looking for a sweet sake and the liquor store recommended Yamama to me 😅I'm sure there is a range from sweet to dry! I guess the dry and thick one is for the experts 🤣.

Hi shinsaku3 😃 The Yamama we drank was sweet and bitter 😅, so you recommended us to try Oni Yamama 👹 ‼️ 🤗Kochira is a dry type, isn't it?
