Hozan Dozo Cold Brewing Kura no Nigori Sake
I bought this when I stopped by the Hozan Sake Brewery after Iwamuro. They seemed to be busy at the end of the year and had less stuff. I wanted to get the Shinnosuke rice bag series, but
I wanted to buy the Shinnosuke rice bag series, but this nigorizake was quite impressive and reasonably priced.
It was smooth, creamy, and quite dry.
After 3 or 4 days, it becomes mellower and thicker than right after opening the bottle.
