The mild aroma is of ripe apples that are not overly gorgeous. Exquisite and delicious with a sense of transparency. I am glad that it is light and easy to drink, with a slight but still gaseous feeling. New Year's Eve with New Year's Eve soba noodles and sashimi 😚.
