Yamatake City, Chiba Prefecture. Kangiku Meikozo Limited Partnership. Sono Shangiku Ocean Series Nagi -Spring misty- light nigori, unfiltered, raw, pure sake, Junmai Daiginjo. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in no time when the weather is getting better. Today, I dragged my sons to the cherry-back-wari-tsutsutsumi in Yawata, Kyoto, using ramen as bait. We opened a bottle of this sake, which has a cherry blossom-like spring feeling. I drank it cold. When the bottle is opened, you can hear the sound of gas when you loosen the cork. The bubbles rise to the surface and the cork is closed. After a while, it settles down with bubbles rising for the second time. The color is a white mist with a slight haze. The top aroma is a fresh fruity aroma with a hint of apple. The mouthfeel when the bottle is first opened is a fizzy, slightly sparkling wine that settles down rather quickly. The taste has a fresh sweetness, a refreshing acidity, and a well-balanced bitterness with a slight milky aftertaste. Oh, it's gone quickly after a gulp. I parked at the parking lot in front of the station, expecting to pay the maximum 770 yen, but was surprised to find it was 2000 yen. No max on Saturdays and Sundays... Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio:50%. Alcohol content:15

Good evening, Nemuchi-san. The cherry blossoms at the Seowari-zutsumi are breathtaking🌸I tried to go to the Seowari-zutsumi this year and ended up at Hoshida Myoken-gu Shrine to see the cherry blossoms, but when I saw the parking fee, I thought maybe it would have been better to go to Katano to see the blossoms😅.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening🌛This was my first time to see the cherry blossoms at Souwari-tsutsumi, but the line of 220 cherry trees was breathtaking and the 3 km round trip was a good exercise 😅It might be right to take the train since parking is expensive only at this time of the year.

Hello, Nemuchi-san 😀 😀 Sake goes well with Hanami. Sake, even light nigori with a hint of white, goes well with hanami, doesn't it😇 And I think spring Kanjiku is perfect for it 🌸

Hi Yasbay, thank you very much ☀😊It would have been great to drink while viewing the cherry blossoms, but I was the driver, so I opened the bottle while looking at pictures at home 😅 Still, it's quaint and nice to enjoy the sake life while feeling the season 😆.
