It doesn't say it, but I heard that all Snow Kayasha products are unfiltered and unpasteurized.
It is a beautiful and tasty sake, but mild and a bit plain. I think I prefer the regular Yuki no Kayasha.
As I wrote in the past when I drank fire-brewed sake, the quality of the sake is just as the name "Bishu no Sekkei" (designed for beautiful sake) suggests.
There seemed to be no big difference between hi-ire and nama-shu.
After this, Ao-chan and I headed to Minami Ibaraki to meet the sake god.... To be continued 🦆.

Good morning, bouken!
I was thinking of drinking this one because the Snow Kayasha Yamadaho was so elegant... beautiful 😆 I'll try the regular Snow Kayasha 😊.
