I wanted to explore Chiba sake, so I bought a bottle of Narumi, which I had been curious about for a while.
A while ago I drank the "white" sake, but this time I went for the "blue" one.
The first aroma is softly sweet with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, it has juicy sweetness and umami with mild acidity.
Depending on how you drink it, you may feel a heavy acidity like fruit vinegar made with grain vinegar.
My favorite acids are lactic acid like plain yogurt and citrusy fresh acid, so this is a little different, but it was delicious 🍶✨.
It's no surprise, but Narumi has a lot of different kinds.
I'll have to talk to the store about it 🤔.

Good morning, Mr. Matsuchiyo 😃.
We also had a bottle of Narumi's dry Junmai on Sunday 🤗It was the first time in a long time that we felt a strong acidity in a bottle, but Narumi really has a lot to offer: ‼️

Good morning J&N ✨
I'm a fan of sourness, and I'd be satisfied if it was as far out as this brewery is 😊.
I don't know if there is a demand for it 😅
