I was a little curious about this sake, but wasn't sure if I should buy a four-pack...or not. Then I was able to just drink it in the store: ❗️
This sake is brewed by the Northwest Sake Brewery in Sairai 🧐.
The taste seems promising.
The sake rice is 100% Sai no Kagayaki🌾✨.
It's rice with a cool name 😎.
Looks white like potassium🤍.
It's nigori😎⚪️
The taste is a mix of sourness and sweetness 😵💫
Sourness is stronger and sweetness is firm and thick 🤔.
As you sip it, the tartness that pulls you in and the sweetness that holds you back start battling it out in your mouth 😆.
It was a fun sake with interesting flavors 🍶.

For my preference, white sairai🤍 is the best, but after the second place, it's hard to decide 😅.
White Sairai > other Sairai = Bunraku = Ageo
