I always drink sweet and tasty sake these days, but today is the first time in a while that I've had dubu. This tank seems to be quite dry, +11. I'll have it cold today. Nice sharpness from the rice flavor👍. It made me want to eat Dote-ni or miso oden 😋. It is dry but not alcoholic. That's just my stupid tongue's impression 😅. It's going to be very cold tomorrow, so let's enjoy it heated 🥰.
