Today I opened a bottle of Oita Prefecture's Yuri Brewing, which I got from Sukumasa's March hanpukai 😀.
I like the hanpukai because it's a fun way to get sakes that are outside of your range of expertise 😀.
This sake had a strong acidity on the palate from the initial aroma 🤣.
The wife said it was not slightly carbonated ❓ but in my opinion it was more like a strong acidity than a slight carbonation 🤣.
It's fun to encounter flavors that you are not expecting at all😇.
In case you are wondering, next month I will be starting a hanpukai with Kadoya as well as Sukumasa, so I am looking forward to it 😀!
