The same soft fruity aroma as the first sip, the moist sweetness and umami of rice spread out with a light acidity, leaving a soft, slightly bitter, pleasant aroma that lingers and finishes quickly.
Fruity and sweet, but with a gentle and elegant impression overall, it goes well with meals, and is of course delicious on its own as well!
I kept it in the fridge and brought it back to my parents' house for New Year's to open.
It went well with Sukiyaki, Sashimi and Itawanawa.
