The 400th check-in is Takeba, a local sake from Noto.
Slightly sweet and sour with a clean aftertaste. 🙆♂️
The sweet and sour taste becomes more pronounced as it approaches room temperature.
Despite the effects of the earthquake, the brewery resumed sake brewing in April and finished the current year's production last month.
We are happy to be able to drink Noto's delicious sake like this again. ☺️
