It is a nigori with a strong sweetness due to the four-stage brewing process.
It is pure white with a smooth color.
The top aroma is of sweet sake with a lot of acidity.
The main taste is sweetness from the smooth creamy mouthfeel of the ori. However, the mild sweetness mixed with the oli and the acidity are well balanced, making it strangely easy to drink.
It is a refreshing sake to drink on the rocks in summer.
It can also be served lukewarm.
It has a smooth amazake-like flavor with a sweet koji aroma, and the acidity is also very pleasant,
