Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu (Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu) from Towashi was officially released and was available for drinking at this event.
I asked a sales person, "Did you see the insta-live? When I told the salesman that I had seen the live insta-live, he said he was embarrassed! He said he was embarrassed 😁.
I heard that the contents are the same as the raw sake that has sometimes been on the spotlight before, but they changed the design so that you can tell it's different from the fire-brewed version.
So it was just as good as the previous one 😋.
I asked if they were going to add more to their lineup, and they said it was still a secret, so I guess I can count on that 😊.
I thought the guy calling out looked like Mr. Takagaki, and the next day I checked his Instagram and it looks like he was. I wish I could have talked to him 😥.
