I was finally able to purchase a bottle of Shikishima from Resurrection Brewery since there is now a special distributor near me. I was just thinking how nice it would be to have a bottle of tkmts. I bought it at Hechikan, a liquor store near Kintetsu Imazato station. Walking from Kintetsu Imazato station is a bit too deep, so it might be a good idea to walk from subway Imazato station or Tsuruhashi station, which is far away. Sometimes they are not available, but if you call them, they will come to you 📞. They carry Kaze no Mori, Machida Shuzo, Miyoshigiku, Kikumori, Hyakushun, Kujonami, Sekizen, Shiraoi, Asakura, Harada, Okura, Nakajimaya, Tsuneyama, Hokko Masamune, Koto Fuki, etc. It is said to be a sake matured in the brewery. The rice is Yamadanishiki. It tastes like muscat and melon. There is a sense of gas. It also has a woody aroma. It is an interesting sake that seems to be modern but is not. It tastes like a combination of Amami and a robust sake.

Hello, bouken! It looks current, but it's not. I can see why. I'm sure it would be different if it were made with low alcohol. I think it's a unique and interesting drink. I think it makes you drunk 😄.

Hello tkmts 😀 I personally think it's fine as it is because I feel that if you make it low alu, it loses some of its character 😊I felt it was somewhat influenced by the quality of the Tenka Nishiki sake I was trained on 🤔.

Did you sink the floor 🤣🤣🤣19% alcohol content is high 😆 I️ would like to try Shikishima as well since Tenka Nishiki is my favorite flavor.

Hi Yucachin 😀 Yes, I sank the floor 🤣🤣🤣 It's a dangerous one with high alcohol content but easy to drink muscat flavor 🚨.
