This will be my first time producing it...around September, there were a lot of them at Koyama Shoten! I was a little surprised because I was wondering what kind of sake it was since it has a good reputation...but I thought I would never drink it.
It has a refreshing aroma of lychee and other fruits with a touch of alcohol and freshness.
It has a fizzy and fresh mouthfeel. The sweetness is surprisingly low. It has a delicious flavor, but its lightness, which is typical of low-alcohol wines, may make some full-bodied drinkers feel it is lacking.
The slight bitterness at the end is surprisingly nice. I think this is what makes it so good.
Overall, this sake is somewhat Shinsei-esque. If the bitterness disappears and a pluminess is added, it is Shinsei.
I was expecting it to deteriorate quickly over time, but even on the 4th day, it has changed a bit, but the basics have not changed much. I am happy that it doesn't change much for such a light sake.
In conclusion, it is a very pop and easy to drink sake. I think it is the type of drink you can't go wrong with.

Mr. Sakéran
I'm so glad you remember me✨
I've been busy with work and personal life 💦.
It's going to be a warehouse review of the sake I drank during that time for a while.
Please be a good friend again 🙌!
