☆☆☆☆☆ For New Year's Eve, we decided on Tedorigawa Daiginjo sake. It is fresh and slightly tangy. It has the neatness of a daiginjo and not much sweetness. I used freshly grated sake Masu that I bought on sale at a low price. The aroma of Kiso Hinoki (Japanese cypress) was stronger as soon as it was made into a mokkiri... The neatness of the daiginjo is a wonderful taste of the hinoki cypress😅. But it's still good as usual. Well, I can still drink it, but what to do? Is this the closing sake? Maybe I'll open another one? I'm mainly out drinking, so I can't get involved in a very timely manner, but I find your posts very helpful. Thank you very much for this year. I look forward to working with you again next year.
