My recent favorite Mikotsuru
I found it at a liquor store in Saitama where I always stop by when I visit the graves 🎵.
Yamadanishiki, Gohyakumangoku, Miyamanishiki, Hitogokochi, and Yamae Nishiki!
This is a great lineup for the Kanto area!
I chose my favorite Yamae Nishiki among them!
The world's premier sake competition, the IWC International Wine Challenge, awarded Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki the Junmai Ginjo Trophy in the Junmai Ginjo category. In addition, it was awarded the "Champion Sake," the highest award out of a total of 1499 entries!
Sweet and juicy, just like Shinshu sake!
And bitterness, a good balance of bitterness that does not interfere with it!
Yes, it is more delicious than you can imagine!
Today, I went to Ryuzu Falls in Nikko for the first time in decades, as requested by an elementary school student.
The autumn leaves were not so good, but the traffic jam on the Iroha slope was amazing!
And when I came home, I saw the Southern Art Fireworks Festival!
I could hear the music and see the fireworks from my house.

It is one of the top ranking sake in Shinshu.
