夏雨My personal preference: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 (when heated) It used to have a classic Ishikawa-like image, so I tried it for the first time in a long time 😊. I'll have it cold first 😄. Slightly yellow ✨✨ when you look through it Smoky aroma 👌. Smoked with a fresh attack Full-bodied rice with a crisp acidity 🌾🌾. Comfortable lingering bitterness 😆. Not too spicy, just the right amount of dryness Low smoked depth from start to finish 👍 It has a sense of maturity and this is delicious 😊. But it doubles in deliciousness when heated, definitely delicious ‼️ I like this heated ✨✨ Softly and gradually sweet and spicy smoked 🍶. It's great at any stage of heating up and then cooling down 😋. It's soft and fluffy, and when heated up, it matures perfectly 🥹It's deeply delicious 🙏. Might rival my favorite heated Takashimizu 😂. It's just heated up ✨✨ Hooray for heated sake! (Sake rice: 55% Yamada-Nishiki from Taka-machi Naka-ku, Hyogo Prefecture, 45% Kinmon-Nishiki from Kijimadaira, Shimotakai-gun, Nagano Prefecture, Polishing ratio: 68%, Sake: +6, Acidity: 1.6, Alcohol: 15°C)

WOMSummer Rain. Nice to meet you! I thought Ishikawa people are lucky to be able to drink this sake easily anywhere and anytime. I also liked the episode that Fukumitsuya-san can use Kimon outside of Nagano. People's love, sake's love, expand and return to the original daily life. I wish you all the best this year.

夏雨Good evening, WOM🥹I looked up Kinmon Nishiki. It is a variety that would probably be gone if not for Fukumitsuya's black belt. I found it in Kinmon Nishiki and Kurobelt fans. Thanks to you, I really learned a lot about it. 🙇🏻 It is a wonderful ring!

夏雨Jay & Nobby, good evening 😊 Honestly, I definitely dislike the cold more than the heat. But the hot sake and hot pots help me get through the winter 😂Hurray for the hot sake that turns the harsh winter into a joy 🙌
