Went to Shima & Coffee & Sake's [small restaurant] event for a year-end party with friends (3)
When I looked around the cellar to see what to order next, I found a drunk guy, so here it is 🍶.
HANAIYOUKU Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake.
From the unmistakable aroma of pineapple, to the juicy and sweet umami, to the sharp finish, to the clean lingering taste and the bitterness on the tongue....
It's a great Pinappo 🍍 Oh no, it's too good!
I want to get it next year 🤔
The entrée is [Dashi-maki (rolled crab and green onion)] 🍳.
