ヒラッチョ
The second drink at Urawa. Harukasumi green label, cold sake. I have already checked in a total of 18 Harukasumi so far, and have had a fair amount of the standard and seasonal sake, but this one has a gentle umami and sweetness. I like this sake very much because of its refreshing acidity, lightness and a hint of good bitterness as the basic tone. Once again, it's green labeled. It is still a good sake 😊. I'll be pairing it with fruit tomatoes 🍅 and freshly fried croquettes.

Good morning, Director T.KISO 😊. Spring Haze is still good, isn't it? I felt again that the green label is the standard. Although red labeled nama-shu (especially direct pumping) is also delicious.

Good evening, Mr. Hiraccio. It is wonderful to have a spring haze at a pub. I envy you! By the way, Izakaya's sake selection changes depending on the area. I've never seen Harukasumi at a bar in Kansai. In Kansai, it is very rare to see Harukasumi at a bar.

Good evening, Maruwa-san 😊. Harukasumi, surprisingly you don't see it, but it is a very deep and nostalgic sake as a food sake, and you can't go wrong with it as an izakaya 👍.

I have been to izakayas in the Kansai region before, in Kyoto (I have been to Akagakiya and Kamima), but I have never been to izakayas west of Kyoto, and would like to visit one someday. The lineup of both sake and snacks seems to be different from that of Kanto.
