The new brand "Urasato" was launched by the 6th generation brewer, Chikara Urasato, who is now in charge of brewing.

The brand uses "Gin-no-sato," a sake brewed with Ogawa yeast produced by Chikara Ogawa, the developer of the Ogawa yeast from which Chikara's name is derived.
The rice, the water, the koji mold, and the yeast fungus are all from Ibaraki! Locally produced sake: ❗️
