The fourth drink at my favorite Yakitori restaurant was Kankoume by Kankoume Shuzo!
NATSU SAKE this time
I was lucky because I had seen this sake at Sake-no-wa and wanted to try it!
So let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. Not much of an aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a refreshing bitterness from the beautiful umami.
The sweetness comes in the aftertaste.
It has a spicy and fruity taste, and this Kankoume is a very delicious sake!

Good morning, ma-ki- ๐.
I enjoyed the rabbit ๐ from Kankoubai, so I'm curious about the penguin ๐ง as well, since it looks delicious.
I always refer to Mie Sake as I have not tasted many of them ๐.

Thank you, soumacho!
The rabbit is delicious ๐.
I got it after the Corona, so I want to try again next year๐.
Penguin was a delicious sake, though not as sweet as summer sake ๐.

Thank you, Jay & Nobby!
We didn't get to enjoy it at home, but we did manage to drink some Penguin ๐ต.
It's a little less sweet and more refreshing than the previous Kankoume, but it went perfectly with the yakitori ๐.
