Slightly sweet rice malt top nose
The mild melon and grape-like aroma on the top, the gentle sweetness, and the full flavor of the rice spread out with fine acidity.
The aroma is not too strong with just the right amount of sweetness, and it is mellow, well-balanced, and deeply delicious. There is only a little lees at the bottom, and it is not so cloudy as to be called slightly cloudy. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own.
It went well with pasta with scallops, mushrooms, and spinach (salted). It also went well with grilled chicken, fried chicken, low-temperature-cooked steak (from Tasmania), boiled shrimp, and New Year's Eve soba noodles.
Since it was the end of the year vacation, I took the tape LED lighting from Hiromi's Hachioji remodeling project and used it for indirect lighting in my dining room wall. 12V default was too bright, so I put a rectifier diode in the wiring to step down the voltage. It looks good.

Good evening, Mr. Takashi! I had planned to make it over a few days during my vacation, but once I started, I couldn't stop and spent from noon to evening to finish it 🪚.
