It is delicious with a firm sweetness and a mild mouthfeel! I bought a junmai ginjo from Kadoya before, but I prefer this one to it: ✨️
As the day goes by, the sweetness of the rice becomes stronger and the alcohol taste comes out a little, so I had it with strong flavored dishes!
