Sweet and delicious junmai daiginjo👍
Sweet ginjo aroma from the top aroma 💐.
The ginjo aroma is quite pleasant!
Sweet-ish fresh slightly bitter and sharp in the mouth. There is a clear mild daiginjo flavor, but also a balance of sweetness and aroma that you can tell it's an Imi and the spiciness of 17 degrees alcohol. 😋😋😋😋
The sense of gas is weak. It is the weakest among all the Hakubi I have had.
I learned from the label after I got home that it is a rare sake brewed only in the Olympic year. I should have bought a different color one next to it.
