I was particularly impressed with this sake last year.
I purchased it yesterday at Sudou Sake Shop instead of at Shizukiya.
I think the price has gone up considerably from last year, but it is still reasonably priced at 1,760 yen!
It's still great, after all!

I was forced to buy it today when the price tag wasn't even on the store shelf yet, and it was absolutely delicious! It's a raw sake, so it has a strong sweetness for a tasake, and the rich umami overpowered it, so I couldn't move 😆 I highly recommend it!
