Among Saitama Prefecture's sake, Kameko-Kabishi is considered to be one of the most dense, mellow, and delicious sake in the city.
This is the first time I have had a fire-brewed Kameko-Hanabishi, but it has a modern acidity, which I find characteristic, seductive, and a glimpse of a delicious sake.

Hiraccio, good evening.
Kawagoe is nice. I would like to visit there. I have never heard of Kikko-Hanabishi and Kokonoe-Zakura, but I am very interested in them.

Good evening, Maruwa 😊.
Kawagoe is becoming more and more vibrant as a tourist destination, but it also has a history and charm of a town with a mixture of Japanese and Western architecture.
As a sake lover, I think it is an interesting town to visit.
