It's been a long time since I've had Tobiroki. When it was recommended to me before, I thought it was a little too spicy for my child, so I avoided it for a while.
But today, after drinking Kangiku and Senkyoku, I thought it would be okay if it was a little spicy.
As a result, I was right. It had just the right balance of sweetness and spiciness. The aroma was like a deep caramel like Sentori, or was it my imagination? It has a crisp and alu feel, but at the same time it has a soft nigori taste.
It was a neat taste 😊.

Tobiroki from Kangiku and Sengoku, nice 👍.
I have been able to drink Tobiroki several times, but I have never had Kasumizake, so I would like to try it 😊.

Good evening, Manta😊.
Yes, I tried different strains, and each one was more distinct and tastier than the last!
I recommend the Kasumi Sake, it has a good balance.

Who is your child ❓😁
It depends on the order in which you drink them, they can be tasty or tasteless...
The world of alcohol is deep👍

Yes, if I drank Tobiroki first, I might not have expected it to taste so good: ‼️
