Koganezawa by Kawataka Shoten
It's a raw Yamahai sake with a strong lactic acid taste.
Not so much color, but strong aroma.
When I drank it, I found it to have a heavy body and a yogurt-like sourness from the second half, and a strong sourness rather than sweetness all the way through.
I thought it would be best to drink it cold because it's a pure sake... But I think it goes better with warmed sake.
I got a nabe that day, so it was even better with warmed sake 😭.
Thank you!

Good evening, Ofuji.
I see that you are young and drink quite austere sake 😳Hot pot with heated sake is a must, but it's getting much warmer now 😅I'm tempted to drink it cold when it's that warm 🤣.

Ofuji konbanhar ∀.
I think I heard from a local that heated sake is better 🤔.
Lately I've been trying to taste even raw sake by heating it up, but I'm learning that there are a lot of things that taste better than cold sake: ☺️

Rafa papa Good evening 🌛.
I didn't see it on my trip to Sendai, so I decided to try my hand at it!
I'm going to expand my repertoire soon 🍳🔥.

Good evening, Ofuji-san. Koganezawa! I received a bottle of Koganezawa last fall after reading Manachie's review. It's a good sake, isn't it? I didn't know there was a sake shop in Fushimi that stocks nama sake.

Hi Hirupeco, good evening 🌛.
Sorry for the late reply 🙇⋱.
I'm sorry I'm late . It seems to go well with highly seasoned food!
It's a little far from downtown Fushimi, but there was one: ✌️
