There were 18 sake breweries in Kochi Prefecture, but this Kawazawa Sake Brewery is the 19th that opened last year.
This is a gift from a friend in Kochi Prefecture.
My friend had given me Kameizumi Cell 24 as a gift before and I was impressed by its taste, so pineapple sake is right in the middle of my taste buds.
Incidentally, Kawazawa Shuzo, the company that released this "Clouds in the Mountains" is a new sake brewery established by the former president of Kameizumi! Moreover, "Zaa Zaa Zaa" is said to have a mild taste with the character of Kochi Prefecture yeast CELL24.
As expected of my friends, they always send me sake that tickles my fancy!
She said, "It is fire-brewed, but you should drink it chilled! So I put it in the refrigerator and opened the bottle on the second day.
It's a little CELL, but it has a solid fruit aroma, sweet juicy banana to slight acidity. I like it fiercely!
My friend wants me to drink it in another week! They said.
I don't know why I have to leave it behind when it's so good. ...... I'll try my best not to drink it all.
I'm also curious about the other "Clouds in the Mountains" brand, "Go'ou Go'ou", which has a stronger CELL character.

When I drank it a week later, the aroma was mellow. The sweetness as well as the acidity is still there, but the impression is clearer. Both are delicious! I love it!
