Bubbles Festival ④
Today's sake is Shichiken from Yamanashi Prefecture 😀.
Actually, when I cleared Yamanashi Prefecture on my first trip around Japan, it was a sparkling called Yama no Kasumi 😀.
It was very tasty and gave me the impression that sparkling sake is good 😀.
This time, the second round, it is Soranosai, which is the top of the previous sake 😀.
I opened the bottle with high expectations... it's still delicious 😀.
But... ❓😅😅
It is indeed a delicious sparkling sake, but while the Flax Cat Sparkling I drank yesterday was a delicious and superb champagne, this one was in the range of delicious bubbly sake 😅.
Maybe I made a mistake in the order of drinking comparison ❓😅😅

Both Flaxcat and Shichiken are delicious as sparkling, but Flaxcat impressed me because it was so far away from sake 😀.
