Kamikame is based on the principle that sake should be junmai, and even better when heated. Warmed sake has a crisp acidity, a delicious flavor, and style. This is the kind of sake with a robust flavor that you will never tire of drinking. As long as Kamigame is around, I feel that Saitama's sake is more than capable of competing with any other prefecture. The udon noodles are stretchy and the kashiwa is delicious, making it a good lunchtime drink on a holiday.

Hi, Mr. Hiratcho😃. I drank a bottle of Kamikame Junmai last week. Warmed up of course! It was delicious! It goes well with udon and kashiwa-ten. I'm sure it will taste even better👍.
