Okunoto no shiragiku永平寺白龍コラボレーション醸造酒 特別純米

This time it's the Eiheiji Hakuryu collaboration sake from Okunoto's Shirakiku.
When I stopped by Asano's, I found an orange-labeled collaboration sake of Hakuryu and Okunoto's Shirakiku.
Crystal appearance.
The top aroma is gently herbal and fresh, with a banana-like sweetness and calm acidity.
The mouthfeel is gentle.
The overall flavor is gentle,
The full-bodied caramel-like sweetness is mixed with a refreshing acidity with a sense of minerality, and the lingering taste is slightly bitter and somewhat short.
It is a good sake with an excellent balance of full-bodied and refreshing taste. It gives the impression of a refreshing version of the Niigata-style Yoshinogawa sake we had the other day, with a bit of Shirakiku-like richness added.
As Asano Sake Shop is always open for events featuring visits by sake brewers, so it was a rare opportunity to enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
It's nice to drink in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying the conversation between the regulars and the manager 😊.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 😃I haven't had this version of Shiragiku in Okunoto yet, but I guess the caramelized taste is still Shiragiku 😋Standing around and drinking is a wonderful way to spend your time 💕.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 🌛I heard that this collaboration is only available at liquor stores that carry both brands, and I thought I would never have a chance to meet you, so I'm glad to see you drinking it 😍The richness of Shirakiku is nice💕.

Hello, Wakata-san. I was so happy to come across this version as I did not expect to be able to drink it 😊It is a great connection between sake breweries to be able to enjoy the taste of Shirakiku from Okunoto in collaboration with various breweries in this way.

Hi Mamio. Yes, I was so thankful as I thought I might not have a chance with this sake 🙏 It was delicious and expressed the feeling of Noto sake with a lightness different from the usual Okunoto's Shirakiku 😊.
